A number of changes and activities are happening in Q1.


  • New Versions of the PSII Employer and PSII Employee Portals are being released before the end of March. These new versions are responsive to your device, eliminating the requirement of Mobile apps. These versions will be constantly updated to add services and functions throughout 2020.


  • A New Payroll Invoicing feature is being released at the end of April 2020. This change will separate Payroll Recovery Costs and Fees into separate invoices. This feature will allow instant online approval of payroll by Payroll Administrators and allow PSII to meets is next level Audit requirements by separating client funds from fees billed. This will improve reporting and transparency for all concerned.


  • PSII is starting its SOC 1, Type SSAE 18, CSAE 34,  ISAE 3402 Audit for the year 2020 on 23 March 2020. This will be the last year at SOC 1. PSII is moving to the SOC 2/ISO 270001 in 2021;


  • PSII has added specifically targeted Recruiting Services for clients,  in partnership with JobAdder, currently in testing and starting in Q2.


  • PSII has dramatically increased it software development team. During 2020, PSII will be releasing monthly updates to PaySolutionGlobal™  and PaySolutionWeb™ to reflect the rapid development of new jurisdictions, tax engines, reporting features and integration with 3rd parties.

As we approach the end of the 2019, it’s time to reflect on all of the relevant subjects that have occurred throughout the year. PSII is ecstatic to communicate our company's accomplishments during 2019 and the direction that PSII is heading towards in 2020. Here are some of the highlights of our achievements: 


  • Over the past year, PSII has increased its client base by more than 50%.; 
  • Through new business partnerships and membership in the Amesto Global network, we have doubled our global reach; 
  • Solidified the permanent positions of Implementation Manager, Training Manager and Customer Success Manager; 
  • Developed a new and permanent location In Limerick, Republic of Ireland, to service our European clients.  
  • Introduced a European Payroll manager 
  • Struck new partnerships for Africa, the Middle East and Asia, with like-minded providers of payroll services; 
  • New payment partners who now give next day ACH Deposit capability in 150 Countries 


Over the past year we have been working to improve our services, capacity and technology. PSII can report that we are continuously establishing notable progress in the development of revamping and replacing all our code. PSII will be releasing updated versions of our Cloud Employer and Employee portals in January 2020. Our team at PSII would also like to convey that we are dedicated to providing resources to the development teams. 


In addition to our internal development, PSII is proceeding forward with many new additions to the employer services portal for everything from Time and Attendance to HR Admin, Benefits Enrollment and Recruiting. PSII will have many new announcements throughout 2020 so stay tuned! 


As our team resources continue to grow; our focus remains to provide our Customer Services representatives integral education and training in Human Resources Administration, Benefits Administration and Employment Law.

Through the partnership, employers will have access to a powerful new income and employment verification solution, Verification ExchangeTM, which streamlines the exchange between employers and organizations needing to verify the information (verifiers), delivering unprecedented speed and confidence into the income and employment verification process. Ultimately, this service contributes to the financial wellness of Canadian consumers – your employees - by facilitating access to the credit and services they need. This new value-added service is available at no additional cost to our customers and their employees.


Until now, there has been a gap in the Canadian marketplace where verifiers, such as mortgage and auto lenders, social service agencies and pre-employment screeners, among others, require confirmation of employment and/or income as part of the application process. The element of risk and potential fraud can be high when dependent upon applicant-provided paper-based information. 


By using Verification Exchange, that risk can be significantly reduced, as verifiers with permissible purpose and consumer consent are able to verify information instantaneously twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.
