The Canadian Job Report for July of 2019 expresses concerns as an alarming decline of 24,200 jobs contribute to Canada's overall unemployment rate of 4.5 percent.


Often times we forget about the potential for communal progression as a direct impact that our youth provides to our societies economy. It is unsettling to believe that 11.4 percent of our upcoming generation of professionals are unemployed or have little on-the-job experience.


Statistics Canada implies that there is no immediate issue with regards to a decline in jobs. This is startling compared to the data provided for July of 2018 where the employment rate was up an astounding 1.9 percent!
